Charmaine O’Saerang is an Indonesian artist, currently living and working in New York.

Charmaine combines her illustrative background and love of nature to create animal portraits that are intimate, contemplative, yet playful. Building connection with an awareness of the surrounding nature, as well as growing an appreciation and preservation of biodiversity are the underlying themes of her works.
